Item(s) ship out in 15/20 Business Days this doesn't include holidays and weekends. This also does not include the time it takes to get to you from post office.

Shipping delays are out of my control once the post office has your package.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. File a claim with Route or USPS. Whichever service you have insure threw.

We are not responsible for packages stolen. Any item marked DELIVERED please contact your local post office to file an investigation. Also if your package has been stolen file a police report.
